Engagements are typically short-to-medium projects (weeks to a few months) or retainer-style advisory: remote-first, with on-site stints by arrangement.

Discuss an ActivityWatch pilotWe agree on scope, deliverables, and pricing in writing before work starts; changes to scope reopen the quote. Pilots do not include managed hosting or an ongoing support SLA. ActivityWatch work does not include hosting or selling your activity data.
